Glenferrie chardonnay

Deonte Glenferrie Chardonnay has been awarded a Gold Medal by the judges at International Wine Challenge 2019.

Produced from two sites in the Yarra Valley - one in the Upper Valley and one on the Yarra floor this wine is made from IV10 clone low yielding vines. Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, a portion of free run juice put to new oak for wild fermentation. Approximately 25% malolactic fermentation aged on lees in 1, 2 and 3 year old oak for 12 months with 35% new French oak.
